IT’s BACK!!! -- it is DECK THE MINIs TIME!!!

Thanks to MINI of Allentown, St. Nicky, his teamster’s union of MINIacs and one giant can of cheese wiz, we are pleased to once again celebrate the holidays with our MINI family!
The day’s events have changed so pay attention and make sure you register for every event you wish to participate in! This is very important as some events require advance purchase tickets and cannot be purchased day of event.
Meet up: 9:30AM
Start location: Park and Ride behind Turkey Hill 1140 Hellertown Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18015
Drivers Meeting 10:00AM
First Group off: 10:15AM
First Group (decking group) Arrives at MINI of Allentown approx. 11:30AM The decking is optional, of course, but if you want, then just plan a costume for your MINI and you will have 30 minutes to decorate!!
Other PhillyMINI members will then vote, and gifts will be awarded for the best decked! Due to construction, decking will be outside this year so plan accordingly. There is not an electric source unfortunately.
Holiday Party 12:00PM to 3:00PM with food, Merriment and St Nicky! (If you want warm and fuzzy bring your pets but alcohol is not permitted)
Optional gift exchange: Bring a Pollyanna MINI themed gift and we will have a gift swap! $25 Limit
Raffle for Toys for Tots: Please bring cash for raffle as there will be no toy collection this year. All proceeds from raffle will be given to Toys for Tots.
Holiday Shopping: Get your MINI wish lists ready! MOA staff will be available for your holiday shopping needs! Don’t forget your fabulous member discounts can be used too!

NOTE: If you want to participate in the Deck your MINI contest, you will have 30 minutes to decorate your MINI.
Voting begins at 1:00 p.m. Those who are decking will be placed in Motoring Group 1, so please indicate in your RSVP if you will be decking to ensure that you have enough time. To RSVP for MINI of Allentown only, post in this forum that you will only be attending MOA.
